Designed for PMHNPs, PMHNP students, and other psychiatric providers who want direct mentorship, practical guidance, and ongoing support for day-to-day clinical questions and patient care, while also gaining full access to our community of peers and experts.

What’s included:

• Assigned personal mentor—an experienced PMHNP or psychiatric provider you can text up to 20 messages per week, focused on clinical questions, cases, and day-to-day PMHNP practice, with guaranteed replies within 24–48 hours asynchronously.
  • Guidelines for messaging your mentor:
    • Keep messages concise and focused (ideally 3–5 sentences per message).
    • Limit to one case or clinical question per message for clarity and timely response.
    • Include key patient details only (age, diagnosis, relevant medications, and main concern).
    • Do not include any identifiable patient information; all messages must comply with HIPAA.
    • Avoid sending lengthy narratives or full charts; detailed discussion is reserved for the weekly Zoom session.

• One 15-minute weekly Zoom or phone call session with your mentor for case review or clinical questions. Submit cases/questions at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a productive, focused session. All shared information must be de-identified and HIPAA-compliant.

• Two biweekly group Zoom sessions with Dr. Georgette or another psychiatric provider: two 2-hour sessions during the first month to check in, answer questions, and provide group mentorship.

By participating in the Clinical Support & Mentorship Plan, you agree to hold your assigned mentor and any group session leaders harmless from any liability, claims, or damages arising from your use of clinical suggestions, case guidance, or educational content provided through text, Zoom, or other channels. All recommendations are for educational purposes only, and as the primary provider, you retain full responsibility for all patient care decisions.

Designed for clinicians who want direct clinical mentorship, business guidance, and/or private practice support while also maintaining access to clinical mentorship and peer resources. This plan combines everything in the Professional Plan with an entrepreneurial focus.

What’s included:

• Assigned personal mentor—an experienced PMHNP or psychiatric provider who can guide you on both clinical and business questions. You can text up to 30 messages per week, including clinical questions, with guaranteed replies within 24–48 hours asynchronously.
  • Messaging Guidelines:
    • Keep messages concise and focused (ideally 3–5 sentences per message).
    • Limit to one case or question per message.
    • Include key patient or practice details only, always HIPAA-compliant.
    • Use Zoom sessions for detailed case or business discussions.

· By participating in the Entrepreneurial Mentorship Plan, you agree to hold your assigned mentor, group session leaders, and all educational contributors harmless from any liability, claims, or damages arising from your use of clinical or business guidance, suggestions, or strategies provided through messages, Zoom sessions, or community resources. Mentors provide educational and advisory support only; you remain responsible for all patient care decisions and for compliance with your state regulations and facility policies, as well as any business or legal decisions for your private practice.
