Hello, I’m Dr. Georgette Quie Tambala or just
Dr. Georgette, a wife, a mom of three, and a passionate advocate for healthcare professionals at all stages of their careers. I’m excited to share my journey and the mission behind this academy with you.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching and mentoring thousands of Nurse Practitioners (NPs), particularly those preparing for their Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification exam. My experience spans both clinical practice and education, and through this, I’ve seen firsthand the significant gaps that often exist in healthcare education, especially in NP education. One of the biggest challenges I’ve observed is the transition from the classroom to real-world clinical practice, and it’s a gap that can be difficult to bridge without proper mentorship and support.
